All of the Standard SmartIMU sensors come with an evaulation software that lets the user set the desired baud rate, COM port, GPS Messages, and any custom messages designed for their applications. In addition to the NMEA messages, the SmartIMU provides roll, pitch, and yaw data, as well as angular rate and acceleration information.

The SmartIMU GPS IMU sensor evaluation software allows for full 3D visualization of the orientation capabilities of the SmartIMU GPS IMU sensor.

Orientation Sensor Online Adaptive Calibration Capability The SmartIMU GPS IMU sensor products provide robust position and orientation information by adapting to various platform disturbances. The main feature of this orientation sensor is the ability to compensate for platform induced magnetic fields.
